Police are growing increasingly concerned about a 14-year-old girl from Yorkshire who was spotted in Preston.

West Yorkshire Police and Lancashire Police have shared appeals to trace Katelan Coates.

She was reported missing from the Todmorden area of Calderdale on Friday 26 May.

The teenager was spotted on CCTV in Fishergate in Preston city centre on May 27.

Other pictures released by police show Katelan at the bus station in Burnley at 6.53pm on the Friday she disappeared.

Katelan is white, around 5’5″, with long brown hair and was last seen wearing an orange vest top, black leggings and a black coat.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting West Yorkshire Police reference 1971 26th May.
