Preston’s Nippon UK Martial Arts is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a free open day.
Taking place tomorrow (Sunday 21 May) from 11am to 3pm, there will be giveaways, raffles, treats, bite-size interactive classes, demonstrations and displays on offer.

Operations Manager Katheryne Sharples said: “Our fantastic team of instructors and junior leaders will be there all day to give attendees more information about Nippon and get them involved.
“Adults and children are welcome, with under 15s needing to be accompanied by an adult.
“We hope lots of people will attend to help us celebrate this wonderful milestone.”
The event takes place at Nippon UK Martial Arts at Fylde Road Industrial Estate in Fylde Road in Ashton.
