The deadline to apply for an energy-efficiency grant scheme worth up to £25,000 per property, is fast approaching for Preston residents.

The Affordable Warmth Initiative – Home Upgrade Grants are available via ‘Cosy Homes in Lancashire’ (CHiL), and will be closing on Friday 31 March.

The ‘CHiL’ team can help qualifying owner-occupiers access the grant which covers the cost of installing recommended energy-efficiency measures free of charge to improve the thermal comfort of their home.
