Plans to convert a former barber shop into a cafe near Moor Park have been submitted to Preston City Council.
The proposal seeks for change of use of The Northern Hair Company in 43 Garstang Road, to a cafe which will provide hot food and drinks to the public.
If plans are given the go ahead, the existing access to the site will not be affected, and the ground floor and basement will be used for the cafe.

To the East of the vacant building is an educational centre and fuel station fronting Garstang Road. Further East and West consist of residential use properties in the form of individual homes.
