A number of carol services are taking place in Preston in the run up to Christmas.
On Saturday 17 December at 12.30pm, Carols on the Flag Market will see an informal service of carols and readings presented by St George’s Church.
There will be the opportunity to sing along to many favourite carols, and to listen to the Christmas story once again.
On Sunday 18 December at 8pm, Carols at the Conti will continue a popular tradition when St Stephen’s Choir sing at the Continental in Broadgate.
Weather permitting, the event will be held in the beer garden. Roasted chestnuts, mulled wine and hot spiced rum will be served outside, with the bar open inside as normal.
