Restaurant chain Boo is coming to Preston City Centre.
Known for its range of smash burgers, breakfasts and freshly ground coffee, Boo is opening in Cheapside on Saturday (17 December).
The 55-seater restaurant joins other Boo sites in locations including Leicester, Nottingham and Loughborough. New stores are also opening soon in Manchester, Birmingham and Derby.

The Boo menu features a variety of handcrafted meat, vegetarian and vegan burgers that are served on a brioche bun.
For breakfast there’s a range of shakes, plus rolls with toppings such as vegan sausage, free-range eggs, kielbasa sausage, halloumi and Boo’s special maple sriracha mayo.
Coffee fans can try the chain’s Brazilian and Guatemalan house blend in speciality hot and iced coffees, including white chocolate mocha and rose latte.
For kids there are cheeseburger, mini fillet burger, and crunchy chicken bites meals.

Boo is located at 3-4 Cheapside in Preston City Centre, and will be open daily between 8.30am and 11pm.
Boo can be ordered online for click-and-collect or delivered by Deliveroo.
