Latest Ringway closure announced

The latest closure on Ringway has been announced.
From 6pm today (Sunday 13 November), the Western section of Ringway will be closed from North Road to Corporation Street.
Pedestrian access is at North Road and Corporation Street.

The closure, which is part of the Transforming Friargate North and Ringway scheme, will be in place until Friday 18 November at 6pm.
The £14.7m transformation scheme began in November 2021, to modernise Preston City Centre in line with other cities and to improve public transport via by bus, rail and to encourage active travel such as cycling and walking in the area.
