A popular Youtube entertainer recently visited Preston Markets to see if he could vanquish a mighty food challenge.

Adam Moran (known as BeardMeatsFood) has accumulated over 2m subscribers on Youtube by taking part in professional competitive challenges.

He creates content based on eating an insane amount of food in a short space of time, which ordinary people would find difficult to partake in and are simply left in awe watching his videos.

Adam’s recent adventure and his passion for food led him to Tipsy Chef – a street food staple in the city centre.

The 37-year-old had a go at the Tipsy Bao Box challenge – of which six people have previously attempted and tried to reach the finish line but none were successful.

Its contents include a one triple smash cheeseburger, their signature chicken and candied bacon burger, four pork belly bao buns, dirty hash browns, a pile of fries and a pint of cheese sauce.

The challenge costs £30, although if you are able to leave no remnants behind within 30 minutes, the meal is free and you conquer.

In the video, you could tell Adam had his doubts when the large tray containing the greasy food came to his table, yet you couldn’t tell once he started demolishing the burgers at a seamless pace – he made the challenge seem like a walk in the park.

It is when he had to finish the ‘never-ending’ pile of chips that you could see hints of struggle, surprisingly drowning the chips in cheese made the ordeal manageable.

Adam then asked for a Diet Coke in order to balance out the calorious food he was eating which caused the owner of Tipsy Chef, Jay Oates, to erupt in laughter.

BeardMeatsFood vanquished the whopping challenge after 21 minutes and 22 seconds, not leaving a single crumb in sight.

The owner awarded Europe’s number one competitive eater with a personally and specially made dessert consisting of a bacon cheesecake.

One person in the comments section said: “I love this so much. The pure joy on the guys faces as they watched you smash it out is just too good. Thanks for another amazing vid.”

Another said: “Huge congratulations bud. I was looking through my google articles and I seen you’d beaten an undefeated challenge. The fact it got any recognition is a testiment to your will growing this whole channel. Well deserved”
