A new fashion, vintage and retro store has opened in Preston City Centre.
Homelessness charity Emmaus is behind the new retail offering, which is located in Fishergate.
The shop launched on Friday (30 September) with a competition to win tickets to see Funny Boyz Preston’s Kylie Minogue vs RuPaul cabaret night at Baker Street on Thursday (6 October).

During the week leading up to the event, students can take advantage of a 10 per cent discount at the new store.
Emmaus Preston and Burnley Head of Retail Joseph Broadhurst said: “This is the fifth of our charity outlets to open in Lancashire, but the first dedicated to fashion, vintage and retro.
“The opening of this new store increases the total retail space of our social enterprises to almost 100,000 square feet, so you’re sure to find what you’re looking for when you shop with Emmaus in Lancashire.
“Whether that is fabulous fashion, shoes and accessories, to new bedroom suites, white goods and preloved furniture, on sale at our other stores, all proceeds help Emmaus Preston run a household, provide support and create better life chances for people who have been homeless.”
People supported by Emmaus develop skills by working at the charity’s five stores, which include shops in Deepdale Mill Street and Brookfield Street.

Funny Boyz co-founders Linda Gold and Dys Alexia said: “We at FunnyBoyz believe that we all have a responsibility to give back. No one becomes successful without lots of hard work, support and a little luck.
“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others, and that is why we love what Emmaus does.”
