South Ribble Police have launched an appeal after a serious assault in Walton-le-Dale.
Officer were called at around 9.45pm on Tuesday (25 October) to reports of a disturbance at an address in Church Brow.
A man in his 30s was found at a nearby premises with serious injuries, including a stab wound. He was taken to hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
A 46-year-old man was arrested a short time later after also attending hospital with injuries. He remains in hospital.
Police now want to speak to the man in the above image as they believe he could have vital information.

A South Ribble Police spokesperson said: “If you know this man or where he may be please get in touch with us on 101. For any immediate sightings please call 999.
“If you are the man in the picture we would ask you to call us or go to the nearest police station and make yourself known.”
Enquiries are ongoing and anybody with information about the assault is asked to call 101, quoting log 1276 of October 25th.
