To promote Preston City Council’s four licensing objectives the group listed what they would do to ensure overall safety.
The general statement said: “After 03:00 during any of the permitted 12 ‘all nighters’ alcohol sales will only be to ticket holders for the films.
“No new entry to the premises will be permitted after 02:00, with the exception of customers using a dedicated smoking area.
“There will be no re-entry to premises for customers of the ‘all nighter’ if they leave after 03:00 hours. Notices will be displayed to this effect on all exits.”
For the protection of children from harm, a challenge 25 proof of age scheme for sales of alcohol will be operated at the premises where the only acceptable form of identification are recognised photographic identification cards, such as a driving licence, passport or holographical marked PASS scheme with appropriate signage displayed.
All staff involved in the sale of alcohol will undergo licensing training every 12 months to keep up to date and all new staff will have to undergo this training before being allowed to sell alcohol.
