Emergency services have issued a photo of who they believe is missing man Daniel Binkowski after searching near the Lancaster Canal using a drone.

Preston Police have obtained a photo of who they believe is Daniel and what he will be wearing currently.

They confirmed they searched a site by the Lancaster Canal near Ashton Basin yesterday (Thursday, 14 July) around 12.30pm, with Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service using a drone.

In the previous appeal, police said Daniel Binkowski was last seen on Cardigan Street, Ashton-on-Ribble, at around 8pm on 1 July.

Daniel is 6ft with short dark hair and has a forearm tattoo on his left arm, spanning from his wrist to his elbow, and a scar on the side of his neck.

Those with sightings should contact the police immediately on 999.
