Blackpool Road in Fulwood reopens following crash

Part of Blackpool Road in Fulwood was closed by Preston Police this evening following a crash.
The closure was in place between Brook Street and Garstang Road.
An eyewitness described seeing a heavy police presence and the Air Ambulance landing nearby.
