Four fire engines put out blaze in Watling Street Road

Four fire engines have put out a blaze in Watling Street Road in Fulwood.

Crews from Preston, Bamber Bridge, Leyland and Penwortham attended the incident yesterday (Saturday 16 July) at around 11am.

The fire involved an electrical consumer unit.

Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one dry powder extinguisher on the fire.

Crews were at the scene for approximately one hour.
