Two of Preston’s most popular spots are teaming up to create a new bottomless brunch offering.
AdvertisementAfter the owners of Baluga and Tipsy Chef discovered a mutual appreciation, they said it was a ‘no brainer’ that they would work together.
Nick Carter from Baluga said: “We’ve been going to Tipsy Chef every week since it opened as we think the food is amazing. We struck up a conversation with owner Jay Oates and it transpired he loves Baluga as much as we love his food.
“I think it’s great that two like-minded local business can link up like this and make something work.”
The bottomless brunch is scheduled for Saturday 13 August. After advertising the event on socials, Nick described the response as ‘mega’.
“If this sells out – and it’s over 60 per cent sold already – we’ll try to make it a permanent weekly feature,” said Nick.
He continued: “After the success of the Baluga Bottomless Brunch in lockdown, we’ve had it in the back of our minds that we’d bring it back when we found the right chef.
“Jay is definitely the right man for the job, and the partnership is working great. We all just want to serve great food and great drinks, in a great atmosphere.”
