A woman from Preston who has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order has been charged with breaching the order on 16 different occasions.
AdvertisementClaire Neville, 50, appeared before Preston Magistrates Court earlier this month where she was given bail conditions not to enter certain parts of Preston City Centre.
Claire’s bail conditions prohibit her from entering Preston City Centre within the boundary of University Square, Friargate, The Holiday Inn, Fishergate and Preston Railway Station. She has since been arrested and charged with breaching these conditions.
Claire was issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order following a conviction for harassment in 2020 after she befriended an elderly victim and regularly visited him asking for money for her own financial gain over several years.
