To mark Armed Forces Day there will be a short service and parade through Preston on Saturday 25th June.
The service will be held at the Cenotaph at the Flag Market.

The timetable for the service is:
10:45am at the cenotaph in Preston. Veterans, their families and friends will be at the Cenotaph from 10:45am. Standards march on with Bill Barlow playing the bagpipes.
11am: Short service, readings and an address from President, Colonel Waters to thank our WW2 veterans and show our appreciation for their service.
11.30am: Prayers and blessing, community singing and National Anthem.
11.50am: Mayor meets and thanks Standard Bearers before they march off.
