There are plans for a new private school to a change of use of class of the building to F1(a) in Deepdale.
The site located on 29 Lowthorpe Road, Preston will hold two classrooms of eight students and two classrooms of ten students.
The purpose of the school is to provide the local children and adults starting from the age of five with education in mostly core subjects.

The premises is to hold small classes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, IT, Computing, Maths, English, Cybersecurity and Arabic.
Times of use on Monday to Friday is expected to be from 9am to 9pm and on the weekend 9am to 5pm.

Applicant Ahmed Lulat, who is a qualified secondary school teacher and an instructor in cybersecurity for adults said: “If any other teacher/instructor wishes to use the premises for any other subjects within the above hours and the request is within reason, I would most certainly consider it.”
