Former pub The Lamb is set to be transformed into affordable living spaces, an art gallery, music venue and co-working space.
Preston City Council has given the go ahead for the redevelopment of the Grade II listed property at 83 Church Street in the city centre.
The project will see changes to the existing 11-bed house in multiple occupation, including the addition of en-suites.
An art gallery/music venue open to the public will hark back to the times when The Lamb was a thriving pub in the live music scene of the 1980s and 1990s.
