Following on from the success of last year’s event, Preston Arts Festival is set to return for 2022.
The festival has moved from October to June, and there will be a special pre-launch concert this Friday (6 May).
Already lined up for this year’s festival is the Preston Portrait Challenge, taking place on Saturday 11 June, and an evening talk by renowned local sculptor Peter Hodgkinson, taking place on Tuesday 14 June.
A full event guide to Preston Arts Festival 2022 will be released at the concert on Friday.
Katy Bradley and Michael Bilsbrough will be performing a selection of hits from Broadway musicals such as Jesus Christ Superstar, West Side Story, and La Cage Aux Folles at St George’s Church, Lune Street in Preston city centre.
Tickets are £10 and available from the Preston Arts Association website or on the door.
