Free Tai Chi class to be held outside UCLan student building

A free Tai Chi and Qigong class will be held in the square in front of University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) Student Service Building on Wednesday 1st June.

The class, held from 12:30pm – 1:pm, will be held for staff and students at the university and the community.

Senior instructor Feixia Yu will deliver the class, which can help with poor alignment in the spine.

The gentle movements coupled with deep breathing also calm the mind and release both physical and mental stress.

No booking is required, anyone interested is free to turn up.
