Concern growing for 14-year-old boy missing from Ashton-on-Ribble

Police are appealing for help to find a 14-year-old boy who is missing from Ashton-on-Ribble.

Nasim Sweeting was last seen on Tuesday 3 May at around 2.40pm.

He is described as being 6ft 3in tall with an afro hairstyle. He was last seen wearing a black Nike Airforce tracksuit, a beige t-shirt with a tiger print on the front, grey Nike Air 90s trainers, a grey North Face beanie hat and carrying a white JD Sports string bag.

Nasim has links to Avon and Somerset.

A spokesperson for Preston Police said: “We are extremely concerned about Nasim and would urge anybody who has seen him, or knows where he may be, to get in touch.

“We would also urge Nasim himself, if he sees this appeal, to contact us to let us know he is safe.”

Anyone with information should call 101, quoting log 0893 of May 3rd.
