UCLan photography students host exhibition at Preston pub

A group of students have put together a photography exhibition to showcase their individual projects.


Seven second-year students will be hosting their exhibition ‘Melt’ at the Stanley Arms on Lancaster Road, Preston on Thursday 28 April from 6pm to 9pm.

Jade Weir, Jordan Maloney, Ella Thomson, Anthony Cooke, Peter Kevin Clarke, Harry Warburg and Matty Fowler have done projects on a variety of subjects including nature/landscape, abstraction and memory/archive.

Ella Thompson said: “As part of our module this term we have been put in a group to create an exhibition together of our individual projects from this term.

“This is the first time we have all put on our own public exhibition so we would really appreciate any support from the Preston folk!”

There will be drinks and music at the exhibition.
