The Taiwan Festival at the University of Central Lancashire is preparing for its second part in Preston.
AdvertisementThere is an exciting programme for the two-day event on Thursday 28th April and Friday 29th April.
There will be a discussion on Sci-fi Eco-writing and the Documentary Ten Years Taiwan, with renowned writers Chi Ta-Wei and Cindy Pon as well as documentary filmmaker Lau Kek-Huat and Rina Tsou.

The event is one not to be missed by sci-fi fans who want to know more about the environment and climate change.
All events will be free and can be joined both in-person and online, except for the film screening.
However, the director’s speeches and follow-up Q&A session will be live-streamed online.
