A local theatre company is putting on a production of Little Women The Musical at the Preston Playhouse.
The show tells the story of four sisters, Meg, the oldest, a romantic, the passionate and tomboyish Jo, sweet and loving Beth, and spirited, playful Amy who live in Massachusetts with their mother while their father is at war.
The musical is filled with adventure, heartbreak, and a deep sense of hope and the audience sees the struggle of these “Little Women” to find their own voices.

With buoyant, joyful melodies, memorable characters, and a big-hearted message, Little Women reminds the audience that “sometimes when you dream, your dreams come true”.
The show begins on Thursday, 14th April, with four shows taking place until Saturday, 16th April.
