Almost 400 cannabis plants recovered by police after drugs raid in Ashton-on-Ribble

Acting on community intelligence, the Preston Neighbourhood Team Policing Team attended two addresses in Ashton-on-Ribble and located a cannabis cultivation.

The properties were linked together by a hole smashed through an adjoining brick wall.

Almost 400 plants were recovered and several rooms were being used to dry the cannabis.
Enquiries are ongoing to locate the owners of the premises.
As spokesperson for Preston Police said they would like to thank the community for their assistance.
