Below are the planning applications validated and decided by South Ribble Borough Council in the week beginning March 7.

  • Single storey rear extension replacing existing conservatory at 174 Liverpool Road Hutton Lancashire. Validated February 16.
  • Application for variation of condition 2 on planning permission 07/2021/00784/HOH (proposed single storey rear extension, side extension including extension to the roof, installation of dormer windows and external alterations) to extend the rear element of the side extension at 19 Franklands Longton Preston Lancashire. Validated February 10.
  • Proposed side extension at 71 Crawford Avenue Leyland Lancashire. Validated February 1.
  • Proposed new rear entrance door at Higher Seed Lee Farm Brindle Road Bamber Bridge Preston Lancashire. Validated January 26.
  • Proposed polytunnel and fence at Ashtons Plant Centre Longmeanygate Midge Hall Leyland Preston Lancashire. Validated January 14.
  • Erection of 1 No. single storey dwelling with integral garage at Tavistock 65 Chain House Lane Whitestake Preston Lancashire. Validated December 21 2021.
  • Change from hipped roof to gable end to allow for the introduction of new dormer to rear, single storey rear extension and re-rendering of property (Amended Description) at 8 Rhodesway Hoghton Preston Lancashire. Validated December 14 2021.
  • Proposed 3No. detached houses and associated detached garages at 198 Liverpool Old Road Much Hoole Preston Lancashire. Validated October 6 2021.
  • Outline application for residential development of up to 6no Town Houses with associated parking with all matters reserved (amended description) at Land At Butlers Farm Court Leyland Lancashire. Validated September 10 2021.
