Members of Grimsargh Club celebrated the start of spring and its lighter evenings with a tea-time spring fair that raised £190 for Rosemere Cancer Foundation.
AdvertisementIt was organised by club manager Kirsty Cunliffe, and the club’s committee members paid a £1 entry fee to browse a range of stalls selling new clothes, cosmetics, jewellery, cheese and cake.

There was also a raffle to which every stall holder had donated a prize.
Kirsty said: “This was a new event for Grimsargh Club. I would like to thank all the members and stall holders who came to support it and the committee for helping to organise it.”
