A Prestonian is hoping to host a fundraising event similar to a successful one they put together in 2005.

Peta Allingham organised an event of 23 acts in six different venues over two nights for the Indian Ocean tsunami victims, and they are hoping to do the same for those in Ukraine.

Peta is hoping performers and venues will come forward to participate, but states all money will be given to charity.

Peta is hoping to host an event on Friday 11 March, Saturday 12 March and Sunday 13 March.

One of the events is fully organised already and will take place at Ashton Bowling Club.
