On Monday, 7 March, Preston Historical Society is holding a talk which will tell ‘scandalous stories’ from the area.
Steve Harrison will be hosting the highly illustrated talk which explores a range of scandals which, while drawn from the lives of men and women who lived in the Winckley Quarter, reflect national issues which still resonate today.
The scandals will surprise, fascinate and amuse those who attend.
