Road on outskirts of Preston closed as tree falls in Storm Eunice

A road on the outskirts of Preston has been closed due to a fallen tree.

The closure is between the junctions of Lewth Lane and Catforth Road near the hamlet of Eaves.

A Preston Police spokesperson said: “Please avoid the area where possible and we will update you when it has reopened.

“We are receiving many reports due to Storm Eunice and will advise on any further road closures.”
