Preston Here for Humanity collected supplies for women and children across Preston and Lancashire who are escaping domestic violence.
AdvertisementThe collection took place over three days and hygiene products, toiletries and other unwanted Christmas gifts were donated. The collection was done in partnership with ‘Hope 4 Women.’
They were then put into family sized hampers and taken where they were most needed across the county.

Chris Murray from Here for Humanity said: “Thank you to all the volunteers involved with moving and helping to store this huge amount of donations.
“Sorry to anyone who missed the three day collection – we will do this again in six months if people would like to see it happen again.
“Everyone involved across Preston, give yourself a huge pat on the back.”
