Police are asking for help to locate the driver of a car who may be able to assist with an investigation into a serious sexual assault in Preston city centre.
The incident was reported on Friday 7 January after a 17-year-girl from Preston was attacked by a man in Glovers Court.
The driver in question stopped in Glovers Court after midnight on Saturday 8 January. They stopped because the car door of a vehicle was open and blocking the road. Police hope they may remember this and be able to assist.
A previous appeal for witnesses saw two men and a woman come forward to help.
