Driver caught speeding in Ingol with no hands on steering wheel

The police were out in force yesterday in Preston catching drivers who were not adhering to the rules.
They caught someone on Tom Benson Way, which is a 40mph limit, doing 54mph.
Not only that, but they were chatting away on a mobile phone they were holding.

They then proceeded to use their free hand to start adjusting their bobble hat in front of the camera van.
Police said: “Don’t fret, it’s all been recorded for you to watch along with a magistrate.”
