Preston police find ‘up to 500 cannabis plants’ in drugs raid

Preston Taskforce and Preston Neighbourhood policing team joined together to execute a drugs warrant on an address on Manchester Road, Avenham today (Tuesday, January 11).

At the location, up to 500 plants were located and it appears to be a cannabis cultivation over a lengthy period of time.

The police are currently in the process of removing the cultivation.

The warrant was executed based on intelligence and Preston Police would like to thank the community for their support of this.
