Offering the best of Scouts, Squirrels combines storytelling, routine and play to help young children learn vital skills.
It is the first new age range offered by Scouts in 35 years and it is part of their response to the challenges young people face.
Lead volunteer at 2nd Leyland Scout Group Rik said: “We are thrilled to have welcomed Squirrel Scouts into our group, the young people really enjoyed getting to know each other and we are super excited to see the section develop over the coming months.”
