A new visual shows how Mowgli Street Food could look when it opens in what used to be French Connection in Preston city centre.
Mowgli’s owner Nisha Katona announced in September that the Indian food chain would be launching in Miller Arcade after a previous plan to open in St George’s Shopping Centre fell through.

Now documents have been lodged with Preston City Council for a full application, listed building consent, and an advertisement application, which include plans to change the outside of the Grade II listed property.
As well as the addition of dark paint and illuminated signage at the ground floor level, the application seeks approval for air vents and hanging brass lamps.

Lancashire-born Katona, who previously worked as a barrister in Preston, said she was aiming for a spring or summer opening in the city.
