A Preston charity is this week holding a Plungington councillor surgery to tackle local complaints and improve the area.
At 7pm on Wednesday 26 January, residents and people employed in or have ventured interest in the area can speak with local councillors Nweeda Khan, Matthew Brown and Pav Akhtar.
The councillors will attend the Carson Adams Community suite and listen to complaints and questions, offering suggestions on improving the community.

A Preston Here for Humanity representative said: “Three elected councillors for Plungington are prepared to listen to complaints about all the recent crime – flytipping, amongst other things.
“Plungington is being portrayed in the local press and on social media as the worst area in the city at the moment, and with so many new HMOs, car break-ins and burglaries, it’s understandable why.
“The surgery is a huge step, and hopefully, together, we can make the area better.”
