Preston Police to hold community engagement day in Plungington

Preston Police will today visit Plungington to speak to residents as part of a community engagement event.


Today (Wednesday 15 December), police will gather in the area, with an increased presence expected, including the mounted police.

Police have invited residents to approach them to have a conversation, engage or report any incidents.

Joining the police are Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service, staff from Community Gateway Association and the local council.

The police said residents should feel free to approach them, as they are there to help and support the community.
