Preston Minster and St George the Martyr are taking part in the ‘Love Christmas’ national movement again.
This invites the whole UK to join in and give, pack and deliver one million ‘bags of kindness’ to people who could benefit from a small uplift during the festive season.

The bags include a range of seasonal treats, necessities, gifts, and signposting to local services, aimed at both helping each recipient materially and to feel the warmth of human connection.
This Saturday, December 4, at Preston Minster, people will be packing and preparing the bags and boxes for over 1,000 people, creating real impact in the community during this traditional time of kindness.
Local community groups and congregations are invited to attend this family fun day, and there will also be live music.
