Gary visited the workshops to understand how historic engines and locomotives are restored, particularly The Furness Railway Number 20, built in 1863.
It was part of a batch of eight locomotives constructed for the Furness Railway between 1863 and 1866 and is the oldest working standard gauge steam engine in Britain.

Hidden in the heart of Preston’s old industrial docklands, Ribble Steam Railway and Museum is a registered charity that has greeted visitors since 2005.
The three-mile return trip along the line, over the dock swingbridge and alongside the diverted River Ribble, is a heritage railway experience.
You can watch the film below or view on YouTube.
