Plans have been lodged for new apartments in Preston city centre.
Previously approved plans to create apartments on the first and second floors at 3 Orchard Street included four one-bedroom flats and two two-bedroom flats.
The new plans would see the reconfiguration of those floors to add two more apartments.
In addition, eight extra apartments would be created in newly extended third and fourth floors.
In total there would be 15 one-bedroom flats and one two-bedroom flat.
The building is situated within the Market Place Conservation Area.
