Crews from Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service have put out a house blaze in Woodplumpton.
AdvertisementThey were called at 2.15am today (Tuesday 28 December) to the fire at a property in Newsham Hall Lane, which had spread from an outbuilding.
Four fire engines from Fulwood, Preston, Bamber Bridge, and Penwortham, supported by an aerial ladder platform from Preston, attended the scene.
Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels, one jet, one positive pressure ventilation unit, and one triple extension ladder to extinguish the fire.
