As temperatures are set to plummet across Preston and Lancashire and a yellow wind warning has been put in place by the Met Office, we’re bringing you the weather forecast from Thursday (November 25) until Monday (November 29).

Grab your coats, hats, scarves and gloves because it’s about to get chilly!

Thursday, November 25

12pm – 5 degrees and sunny

1pm – sunny and cloudy, still 5 degrees (perfect frosty park walk weather!)

2pm – no change

3pm – still sunny and cloudy and 5 degrees

4pm – the sun is setting and it’s 4 degrees (these dark nights are getting earlier and earlier!)

5pm – 3 degrees

6pm – 3 degrees and cloudy

7pm – no change

8pm – still 3 degrees and cloudy

9pm – 3 degrees and cloudy

10pm – cloudy but going up to 4 degrees

11pm – no change

Friday, November 26

Midnight – raining and 5 degrees

1am – 80% chance of rain and 6 degrees

2am – over 95% chance of rain and 6 degrees

3am – no change

4am – 7 degrees and raining

5am – 8 degrees and raining

6am – 90% chance of rain and 8 degrees

7am – no change, so you’ll need to take an umbrella for the morning commute

8am – raining and 8 degrees

9am – sunny, rainy, cloudy (all the weathers at once!) and 8 degrees

10am – sunny, rainy, cloudy and 7 degrees

11am – no change

12pm – no change, so you’ll still need your umbrella at lunchtime
