Long delays on M6 at Preston between J29-31 due to a crash

This morning (Monday November 1) there is severe congestion on the M6 northbound between junctions 29 and 31 due to a collision.

The traffic is between Longridge and Broughton Interchange to Blackpool and Preston North.

Traffic officers are currently at the scene, and recovery are on their way to assist, following the crash earlier on Monday (1 November).

There will be around 30 minutes of traffic as a result.

Normal conditions are expected to return by this morning at 9.15am.
