A Fulwood mosque is next week opening its doors to visitors to celebrate Inter Faith Week 2021.

On Monday 15 November, from 6.45pm, Light Foundation will take guests on Covid-19-compliant tours of Masjid-e-Salaam Preston.

The mosque is considered one of the largest, most popular and beautifully decorated in Preston.

The visit is open to all and will feature a dedicated question and answer session, with light refreshments provided during the evening.

Masjid e Salaam is a non-profit, non-political, religious and educational institute and aims to serve as a bridge between Muslim and non-Muslim communities to promote mutual learning and understanding.

The mosque is located at 49 Watling St Rd, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 8EA.
