Galloway’s Santa’s Grotto returning to St George’s Shopping Centre 

Santa will be returning to Galloway’s

Seasonal magic is set to return to St George’s Shopping Centre this year as Galloway’s are providing their annual festive grotto.

Visitors will be able to meet Santa in exchange for a donation to Galloway’s sight loss charity every weekend from Saturday November 27, then every day from Monday December 20 until Christmas Eve.

Preston mum launches toy appeal to give Christmas gifts to children on ward eight of Royal Preston Hospital

A mum from Preston has launched a toy appeal to ensure children on ward eight at Royal Preston Hospital receive a present this Christmas.

Lorna Connors has two children: Seren who is almost four and Liam who has just turned two.

Lorna wanted to launch a toy appeal as her son Liam has been taken care of at RPH many times.

No.10 Preston are hosting some magical Christmas events which children are bound to love.

On Wednesday, December 1, snow is set to fall at No.10 Preston, and people are invited to enjoy the snowy festive wonderland.

Then, children will have the opportunity to meet the real Santa in his festive grotto on Saturday, December 11.

A Preston business centre is ensuring disadvantaged children have a present to open this Christmas.

Cotton Court Business Centre is once again championing Barnardo’s after working with the children’s charity for the last nine years through the Christmas Gift Appeal.

The appeal unites individuals and businesses across the county to ensure that the young people that Barnardo’s support in Lancashire have Christmas gifts.

Hoghton Tower Christmas Markets set to be fun for all the family

Hoghton Tower is set to hold a Christmas Market later this month, and they’re promising something for all of the family.

For one day only there will be artisan goods and festive gifts on offer at the authentic market, which will be held in the spectacular 16th century manor house, near Preston.

The market will run from 11am to 4pm on Sunday, 28 November, with a dazzling array of crafts and gifts on offer.
