Update: The lights are now working.

A gas firm has reported a fault with a set of temporary traffic lights on Lightfoot Lane in Fulwood.

Cadent Gas is working on gas upgrades in Preston, but they have experienced issues with the signal connectivity between different sets of lights, leading to a build-up of traffic.

The gas firm apologised for the delays and thanked the police for their assistance in managing the traffic flow.
