UCLan will this month hold its first physical open day since before the start of the pandemic.
Visitors will arrive at the university’s Preston Campus on Saturday 16 October, between 9.00am and 3.00pm.
It is the first time that potential students can take a physical tour of the campus and speak to subject tutors in person since before the Covid-19 outbreak.

Attendees will see UCLan’s new £60 million Student Centre and University Square, which sits at the heart of the campus and is the central hub for all student support services.
A university spokesperson said: “We’re really excited to once again open our doors to potential new students and their guests.
“This open day presents a perfect opportunity to get a feel for the university, explore our outstanding facilities and talk to academic staff. There is also the option to look at our accommodation and seek additional advice on personal statements, finance and other related issues.
“Safety is, of course, at the forefront of everything, and we continue to monitor government guidelines to ensure the campus remains Covid secure.
