Police are hunting for a man with links to Preston after he failed to attend court for a weapon possession charge.

Zubair Ahmed Ali is wanted on warrant for not attending.

Ali, 37, is also wanted in connection with a sexual assault investigation and for driving matters.

Ali, who has links to Preston and the Cheetham Hill area of Manchester, is 5ft 7ins, with brown eyes and black, receding hair.

Members of the public with information on Ali’s whereabouts are urged not to approach him but to call 101, quoting log 0167 of 12 June 2021 or email 8528@lancashire.police.uk.
